RETURN POLICY

Doeblock stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with our products. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise. Merchandise must be purchased at Doeblock to qualify for returns. All returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund you must have proof of original purchase.

Return Item(s) for a Refund

If you purchased an item at Doeblock and want to return it for a full refund, please email [email protected] or call +8613510805508. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

How to Send Us Your Return

After you have contacted customer service and received a return authorization form, you will need to print the form. This form will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this form in the box with the item(s) you are returning. Please use a signature required service such as FedEx or USPS to send your return back to us in order to guarantee delivery.

What If I Don't Have My Order Number?

If you don't have your order number or you received the item as a gift, please contacted customer service help you to get the required information. This information can also be obtained by going to Doeblock and logging into your account and go to your order history.

When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item please email at [email protected] or call +8613510805508 to request an exchange. Then you will need to ship your exchange along with the return authorization. Once we have received your item we will ship the new item. Once your item(s) are received it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the exchange.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Doeblock will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
